Circlez has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The safety and well-being of minors is our highest priority. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any form of child exploitation on our platform.

Circlez is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Any user found to be a minor will have their account removed immediately.

We take the following measures to prevent child exploitation on our platform:

• Age gate — All users must confirm they are 18 years or older during registration. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are removed.
• Content moderation — Reported content and profiles are reviewed to identify and remove any material that violates our child safety policies.
• User reporting — Every profile and chat includes a report button so the community can help flag concerning behavior.

We encourage all users to report any suspected child exploitation immediately. Reports can be made through:

• In-app reporting — Use the report button on any profile or chat to flag content related to child safety concerns.
• Email — Contact us directly at support@circlez-app.com with details of the concern.

All reports related to child safety are treated with the highest urgency and confidentiality.

When a child safety report is received, Circlez takes the following actions:

• Immediate content removal — Any content flagged as CSAM or exploitative is removed from the platform immediately.
• Account suspension — The reported user's account is suspended pending review.
• Permanent ban — Users found to have violated our child safety policies are permanently banned from Circlez with no option for reinstatement.
• Law enforcement reporting — Confirmed cases of CSAM or child exploitation are reported to relevant law enforcement authorities, in compliance with applicable laws.
• Evidence preservation — Relevant data is preserved and provided to law enforcement upon legal request.
